• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or had an account closed by shell888 for a breach of these Terms.

Shell888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account restriction or closure.

To access betting, casino, slots, and lottery 4D services on shell888, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one shell888 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposits. Shell888 accepts deposits via approved payment methods only, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Shell888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

4.2 Player funds. Funds deposited into your shell888 account are held solely for the purpose of gambling on the platform. Shell888 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds must not originate from illegal or fraudulent activity.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. 4.4 Currency. All transactions on the shell888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the Member.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a valid shell888 transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Shell888 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.

Shell888 offers various promotions, bonuses, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all shell888 promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game weighting, and time limits as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be fully played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal will be processed.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the shell888 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Shell888 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has started if early settlement prices were incorrectly offered, or if the bet was placed in error due to a system fault.

6.2 Live Casino. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the real-time actions of live dealers and physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice). Shell888 is not responsible for telecommunications disruptions that interrupt a live casino session, though we will endeavour to resolve disputes arising from disconnections fairly and in accordance with the relevant game rules.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games. All slot and RNG game outcomes are produced by certified random number generator systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

6.4 Lottery 4D. Shell888's 4D betting service is based on official Malaysian draw results. Shell888 is not responsible for any discrepancy arising from official draw corrections made by the relevant lottery operator after shell888 has settled bets based on initially published results.

6.5 Errors. In the event of a software error, display error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or payout, shell888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake. Shell888 is not obligated to honour winnings that resulted from a demonstrable system error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the shell888 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any form of advantage play that exploits system errors.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to give an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Laundering funds or using the platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing shell888 staff or other Members.

Shell888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law or licensing obligations.

All content on the shell888 platform — including but not limited to the shell888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game content, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of shell888 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the shell888 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in shell888 content or software.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or any commercial use of shell888 content without express written permission from the Company is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shell888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Shell888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at our sole discretion, including where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• A Member requests self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme.
• Required by our licensing obligations or by order of a competent regulatory authority.
• A Member has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure for cause, shell888 reserves the right to void pending bets and retain any balance where there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or material breach of these Terms. In all other cases, the remaining balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal reviews.
